We want your Daily Light Co. order to arrive safely and quickly! Please read below for details on processing, delivery, and tracking.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is successful.

 

Shipping Times

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 for most orders.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at: support@dailylightco.org

 

International Shipping (Optional, if you plan to ship outside the U.S.)

  • International shipping rates vary by destination.
  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
  • Delivery times may take 2-4 weeks, depending on the county.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to replace or refund your order.
